| Children's Ministries "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Mark 10:14 Our children's ministry exists to help the family build a strong biblical foundation in the lives of children; to minister to their needs and teach them to live out their faith in everyday life. Sunday Mornings Sunday School meets at 9:30am and has four classes by age level: Toddler: 2 and 3 year olds. Beginner: 4, 5 & 6 year olds (until Kindergarten graduation). Primary: 1st - 3rd graders. Junior: 4th - 5th graders. Children's Church meets during the 11:00 am Worship Service and is divided into 2 ages: Preschool Church: 2, 3 & 4 year olds. Children's Church: 5 years - 6th graders. Mid-Week Programs for Children: AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) Age 3 to 5th grade Wednesday nights from 6:30- 8:15 (during the school year) AWANA is a worldwide program that is a club that involves pre-school aged children through Sr. High. Our club starts with Cubbies (3-5 year old preschoolers), Sparks (Kindergarten through 2nd grade), and T&T (3rd through 6th graders). AWANA's pledge states that it's goal is to "Reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him." AWANA is a marvelous evangelistic and growing tool. Children will hear about how to come into a relationship with Christ and then will be trained in how to continue in that relationship and grow in Him. |
| Youth Ministry Our youth ministry exists to encourage youth to connect with other believers, to honor God with their life and to equip them for their ministry of sharing their faith with their peers. Check out the Youth Ministry web site @ www.eastgateyouth.net. |
| Small Groups We have several small groups that meet throughout the area during the week. If you would like to become a part of one of our small groups we would love to connect you with one that is in your area. | Women's Ministries The Women's ministry here at Eastgate Bible Fellowship exists to introduce women to Christ and to deepen their relationship with Him and each other by providing opportunities for outreach, spiritual growth, fellowship, service and support. "And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10:24-25 There are three branches of ministry included in Women's Ministry: Encouragement- We support, mentor, and encourage ministry wives and leaders, missionary wives and the ladies of EBF. This encouragement is provided in a variety of ways that includes Secret Sister, birthday cards, varying suprises left in church mail boxes, and definitely through prayer. Equipping- We seek to mature our women in Christ so they can more effectively minister in their home and to the body of Christ throughout our church, city, and world. We endeavor to do this through Bible studies, women's conferences, and Response Activities (prayer partners, follow-up materials) Events- Opportunities are provided for our women and their guests to participate in outreach and fellowship. Outreach and fellowship events include: Overnight retreats, Ladie's Tea, a Christmas event as well as Baby and Bridal Showers. |
| Men's Ministry Calling all men who want to make a difference in their world for the Lord Jesus. Want to learn how to balance work, family, and your relationship with Christ? Well here at Eastgate Bible Fellowship we seek to provide opportunities that allow the guys to get together and encourage each other in their walk with God. There are Men's Retreats that are planned throughout the year as well as other various activities. Be sure to check out the calendar to see what's coming up. |
