Ephesians 6:10–11, 18 (ESV)

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil…18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.”

Philippians 4:4–7 (ESV)

4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Prayer cannot be underestimated. Prayer moves the heart of God. Our church is a body of believers dependent on prayer and committed to the sovereignty of God. Each Sunday, during the morning service, we have a team of people praying for the service and the prayer requests that are submitted by the congregation. Every Sunday evening at 5:00 pm we meet at the church for a time of Share & Prayer for the congregation, the community, and the missionaries we support. Throughout the week our pastor, elders, and deacons are praying for the congregation and the needs they are aware of.

If you have a prayer request, we would love for you to share it with us so that we can join you in lifting up your need before the Lord in prayer. You can submit your request to the prayer wall below.

My Mom turns 95 on Thursday. The doctor changed her meds and she has taken a downturn. Prayers for wisdom for the family as we care for her.

A friend of my mom's 15 year old daughter was in a severe car accident in June leaving her with significant brain injuries and physical disabilities. The recovery has been slow, but she is back home. They have a long road ahead of them. Please pray she is able to have a much needed surgery to replace a bone flap on her skull. This surgery is time sensitive and without the surgery it keeps her from being able to receive some important treatments. Because of the rising Covid cases where they live, her surgery has been canceled due to the hospital being too full of Covid patients. Please pray for their health, protection from Covid, healing for their daughter (Katherine) and that the surgery can take place at the best time for her healing. Also, pray for continued strength for their family. Thank you.

Please pray for our friends Sheila and David. They moved to an assisted living place right before Covid hit. David has dementia which is getting worse as he is getting angry and they have no social outlet. Sheila's only time away is to walk the dog. They have family here, but are in lockdown.

I just received a positive COVID test result. I think I got infected by the pastor of our church in AZ. I found out that he had the COVID last week and I began to feel some symptoms. So far my symptoms are mild. Please pray for healing.

Need prayer for Olive Scott - long time member of the church. She fell at her home in Boise on Monday. She will be in the hospital until they arrange a bed at a rehab place. She has a broken wrist and she hit her head.
